About the Office

The Law Office Milovanović was established in 2007. Immediately after our establishment, we started exclusive cooperation with the international auditing and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Exclusivity in cooperation with PwC lasted until 2022.

During almost two decades of our existence, we have provided services to PwC clients, companies, entrepreneurs, multinational and domestic companies from various economic areas and business sectors, in various stages of their business, and during implementation of numerous projects. Our services included advising clients in legal areas and businesses such as:

corporate and commercial law;
sales and acquisitions of companies;
status changes, bankruptcy and liquidation of companies;
property rights, including rights pertaining to intellectual property and real estate;
drafting various commercial contracts and consulting in relation to their interpretation and implementation;
