Predrag Milovanović

Predrag Milovanović specializes in the fields of corporate and commercial law, contractual, property and labour law. During his many years of experience, he has advised clients on issues of establishing, status changes, bankruptcy and liquidation of companies, companies property, corporate governance, acquisition and disposal of shares in companies, and disposal of receivables portfolios of both active commercial banks and banks in bankruptcy. He has led teams of attorneys in various projects that included comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements in various commercial undertakings. He is also experienced in providing legal support in terms of tax, strategic and organizational structuring and restructuring of clients’ business models, and experience of negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts.

Predrag was also entrusted with the selection of other attorneys, i.e., formation of legal teams with which PwC, in addition to the Law Office Milovanović, cooperated on numerous projects where he was in charge of managing the selected attorneys, i.e., teams of attorneys, including quality control of their work. Within this activity, he selected over 20 attorneys who were directly hired by PwC, whom he managed as part of the PwC management team.

He continuously improved and supplemented his competence in the field of legal expertise with various skills and knowledge. During the cooperation with PwC, he underwent numerous trainings and upskilling, the most important of which are: M&A Academy, M&A – transaction financing, mini MBA, negotiation skills, project management, executive coaching.

Within his pro bono activities, he served as the Chairman of the supervisory boards of the National Theatre in Belgrade, the Terazije Theatre, and the Children’s Cultural Centre in Belgrade, trying to contribute to the operation of these important cultural institutions with his involvement.
